I love ideas. Any kind of them. That's why you will see a lot of mixed ones here. It's just that I don't like to be encapsulated in just one kind of approach. I love to try new things. I love mess. I love experiment and learn from my fail. I work in advertising, from where I learn how to conceptualise and work hard. I love to keep my personal projects going, where I can express my inner voice and try to change human behaviour.
"Horacio “Chacho” Puebla is originally from Mendoza, Argentina where he began his career. After working for five years and founding the local chapter of the Creative Circle, he went to work in Santiago, Chile, just on the other side of the Andes mountains. There he began his international trajectory and gained valuable experience in handling global, national and regional Latin American accounts. In 2005, he was asked to join Leo Burnett Lisbon and was promoted to Executive Creative Director after just two years. Together with Managing Director, Miguel Simoes, Chacho raised the agency 10 places in the global agency ranking of the Gunn Report while generating new business and building the creative reputation.
Under his creative direction, Leo Burnett Lisbon was among the most creative agencies in the Burnett network, and reached the Advertising Age Top 5 worldwide. They were also named the best Ibero-American agency in the Ojo Iberoamerica Festival. Chacho was also recognized as Portugal´s best creative director and the agency, best in Portugal for three consecutive years.
In September of 2009, he was named Executive Creative Director of Leo Burnett Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and took on his biggest challenge to date by creating one consolidated agency with the same vision, by uniting the Lisbon and Madrid offices. At the start of 2010, Chacho became part of the worldwide creative board of Leo Burnett, and in 2011, he was named Creative Director of Western Continental Europe. He held this position briefly until he was hired away by Lowe and Partners Worldwide, as partner and Executive Creative Director of LOLA/Mullen Lowe in Madrid, handling global accounts for Unilever.
After just under three years at the helm, LOLA doubled its business portfolio and grew to open new offices in Barcelona and Lisbon. LOLA was among the top 3 “Best Agencies to Work” for two consecutive years and in 2014 and 2015 Chacho was recognized as creative director of the year in Spain and was named one of the year´s most fascinating professionals by the Spanish marketing press."
