Stewarding client brands comes naturally for Ed. He came to Hauser Group from a top marketing management position with one of the world?s best known companies, Coca-Cola. Most recently, Ed held the position of Vice President of Marketing, Diet Coke Brand Business Unit, North American Division, where he led the brand team in the development of the overall marketing plan for Diet Coke. Prior to that he held the positions of Global Brand Director for Diet Coke, as well as Advertising Director for brand Coca-Cola worldwide. Prior to his tenure at the Coca-Cola Company, Ed worked on the agency side of the business with Doner in Detroit and London, England. As Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor, Ed reported to the chairman of the privately held, billion dollar agency. In eleven years with Doner, Ed worked in various levels of account management on a variety of brands, including Coca-Cola, Chiquita, Iams Pet Foods, BP International, The Pet Practice, Red Roof Inns, Eckerd Drugs, Michigan Lottery, Manufacturer?s Bank and WDIV-TV. It?s this experience sitting on ?both sides of the table? that gives Ed a unique perspective within agency ranks. He knows what it means to be focused on results, to create integrated programs and to ensure that the marketing and advertising is accountable for achieving its stated objectives.
