|Story||The ad opens on Jane, Adams girlfriend, rushing around their flat as she turns off different appliances, locks doors and windows and turns off lights before leaving the house. The ad then cuts to later that day and Jane checking her online finances. Adam mocks her, assuming online banking is too risky for her. She retorts gently that she is setting up a joint bank account, while a voice over explains about the benefits of the security that comes with BT Broadband.|
|Problem||AMV BBDO and BT are launching a new execution to inform viewers of the security package with BT Broadband which can protect from phishing, ID fraud, viruses and other online threats. It uses the characters Jane, Adam and Janes children, who were introduced in October 2005.|
