As a marketer I have over 15 years' experience working in CRM, integrated and digital agencies and have led strategic programmes for brands such as Baileys, Dove, Emirates Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, comparethemarket.com and Goodyear Dunlop. I'm passionate about the opportunity to combine stand out creativity with data smarts and technology in a way which adds value to the brands and businesses that we work with.
I believe that we do our best work when we’re ambitious but not set in our ways. When we aim for the stars, but are accepting of and excited by each other’s idiosyncrasies. In an environment where being professional doesn’t mean being stuffy and corporate. I love to mentor junior people in our industry to build their skills, but most importantly help them build the confidence to achieve their goals and to do all of this while being true to their own style.
To this end, I’m a member of Bloom (a network for women in the communications industry) and am a Bloom mentor. I'm also Bloom's Head of Marketing & Innovation, taking responsibility for helping us build our profile in the industry.
