During this time, she helped institutionalize a robust organic growth initiative, re-built the department’s learning and development efforts, revolutionized its approach to staffing, and was the engine behind a dynamic coaching and mentoring effort. All while being tasked to run, not to mention win, several new business pitches and launching the agency’s new internship program, The Kitchen. When Liz first joined the agency in 2004, fresh out of New York and with seven years in the fashion industry, she managed the Hanes and Barely There accounts, applying her extensive background to the two brands.
