Jim Heekin became Executive Chairman of Grey Group in August 2017. Grey has enjoyed the most successful decade in its history during his tenure as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The agency added over $2 billion in new business while introducing America to a host of iconic, award-winning campaigns that have swept Cannes Lions.

Prior to Grey, Jim served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Euro RSCG Worldwide. He joined the agency in late 2003 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Jim is credited with spearheading the revitalization and growth of the global network. Under his leadership, Euro RSCG Worldwide dramatically transformed its business development efforts and ranked among the best new business gainers.A graduate of Williams College, Jim has served on the Board of Directors for JWT, the Interpublic Group of Companies, the American Association of Advertising Agencies and the Ad Council.
