Aaron Shapiro is CEO of Huge, where he helps companies reimagine how they interact with their customers and manage their businesses in the digital economy. Since 2005, Aaron has grown the firm from a small startup into a full-service interactive agency operating out of the United States, Europe and Latin America. Aaron is the author of Users, Not Customers and is a regular commentator about the impact of digital technology on businesses and the economy. In 2011, he was included as one of New York’s leading tech influencers in Crain’s New York Business’ "40 Under 40" list. Prior to Huge, Aaron spent more than a decade as a technology entrepreneur, venture capitalist and management consultant. He also served as founder and CEO of Silverpop, a leading digital marketing software provider that was acquired by IBM.
