Work & Co was designed from the ground up to create the types of digital products and services that can single-handedly change the face of brands. Clients include Virgin America, Chase, Twitter and YouTube.

We partner with companies committed to embracing a lean product development approach. We ask our clients to participate directly in an agile, iterative process based heavily on rapid prototyping, continuous testing, and fewer large meetings.

Created the User Experience department at Huge and oversaw the development of the agency's capabilities and process, including its unique approach to user experience, product design and analytics.

Established the Product Design group in 2007, the first such specialized group of any large digital agency.

Won and oversaw several of Huge's most successful and newsworthy projects, including HBO GO.

Helped grow the company from 3 to 600+ employees.

Part of the founding team, helped secure over $30 million in top tier venture funding and grew a 5 person start-up to a profitable company with over 500 employees.

Responsible for the definition, design and development of the company's initial software releases. Managed customer research, design, engineering and QA.

Forrester Research called Silverpop “the vendor to beat in the best-of-breed marketing automation category.” Silverpop was subsequently acquired by IBM.
