Jo leads our contingent of Australian transplants in LA and has a perfect accent. She grew up in a rural farming area of Australia and was drawn to advertising by her love of creativity and her abysmal farming skills. She’s also our agency’s first female CCO. She’s an award-winning Creative Director with a 22-year breadth of experience ranging from retail to brand. She brings a real energy for collaboration and has helped to revolutionize the relationship between planning and creative. With her background in design, Jo has also been instrumental in developing our storytelling creative approach and highly visual style. A leader, teacher, facilitator and consummate brand builder, Jo has developed campaigns for Allstate, Hallmark, Black & Decker, DEWALT and Nintendo. Most recently, she has worked extensively on Travelocity, Covered California and Kaiser Permanente.
