Luke founded My Agency in 2004 after 20 years in advertising and design in London and Sydney. Between 1999-2004 Luke was Executive Creative Director of McCann-Erickson London. He has created award-winning work for brands such as Bacardi, Nescafé, MasterCard, CapitalOne, Coca-Cola, Motorola and Air Canada. Luke’s integrated ‘Tomcat’ campaign for Bacardi Breezer was Marketing Week’s Campaign of the Year in 2002 and secured McCann’s position as Agency of the Year. Luke’s work helped McCann’s win M&M Magazine’s ‘European Agency of the Year’ an unprecedented 3 years in a row. Luke ensures the work My Agency produces is multi-dimensional, highly impactful and always drives value for our clients. When he’s not building businesses Luke is walking his dog, watching his son play rugby or talking to his wife over a whisky or two.
