Allen left DMB&B two years after Joe, to join him as a partner in building Erwin Penland. Allen’s DNA is about fast-paced, ever-changing, complex retail accounts – accounts that constantly demand new ideas and smart, strategic thinking. He oversees the operations of this award-winning integrated marketing firm, with a keen understanding of what clients want.
