About me

I lead Zone's content & experiences offering. I bring people and brands together through shared communications, products, and services. Over the last 20 years I've created renowned work for CNN, HBO, MasterCard, RBS, and The Times. I've won 100+ awards including two Cannes Lions and inclusion in the BIMA 100 in 2014 and 2016. I write and speak about design and tech at Fast Company, The Drum, SXSW, and IxDA.

I'm passionate about building a better tomorrow in the creative industries. I mentor students alongside Apps For Good, HyperIsland, Ravensbourne, and General Assembly. I'm on the advisory board for Creative Equals, the action plan for gender diversity in adland.

I guided 30+ designers in our XD practice in the UK. I managed our studio of 60+ experience & visual designers, writers, and developers. I was also the executive sponsor of our new talent program. Additionally I chaired a small global team to update our methods, tools, and value proposition. That effort shaped experience design approach and process for 500+ people in the agency.
