Shaune grew Synergize from the start up digital business into a globally recognised digital performance agency consisting of 75 staff, offering programmatic, PPC, SEO, display, YouTube, analytics and social media advertising. Shaune has worked extensively across the global Saatchi & Saatchi network growing the agencies digital portfolio and assisting with digital transformation. Synergize has offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, the company serviced clients from London, Budapest, Singapore, New York, Paris, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Tanzania, Milan, and Frankfurt.
Under Shaune's leadership, Saatchi & Saatchi Synergize developed into an award-winning, digital agency and a Google analytics, paid Certified Partner. November 2013 Synergize was successfully sold to Publicis Groupe and placed within the iconic global agency Saatchi & Saatchi.
Shaune also had the vision to launch Saatchi & Saatchi Pro in London-a creative B2B full-service advertising agency where nothing is impossible. Using creativity to solve complex business problems. Collaborating to do work that is relevant, and human.
