Levente Kovacs works as an Executive Creative Director at White Rabbit Budapest, a full service advertising agency he founded 11 years ago. Earlier he worked for JWT Budapest and HKB Bozell; during his 20 years in advertising he has developed strong and compelling content – from classic TV formats to social media campaigns – for local and international clients such as: Heineken, Gösser, Shell, KitKat, Nespresso, WWF Hungary, Vodafone, Matáv (Hungarian Telecom turned into T-mobile), Raiffeisen Bank, Mazda, Alfa Romeo, Allee Shopping Mall, Roche, Pfizer, MOL.
His work has been recognized in both local and international awards like Clio, D&AD, Cannes Lions, LIA, New York Festivals, Mobius Awards, Kinsale Sharks, Lisbon International Advertising Festival, Golden Hammer, AdStars, several Effies (including the first ever Platina Effie in Hungary for long-term effectiveness); and he’s the first Hungarian Creative Director whose work appeared on the cover of Luerzer’s Archive.
He is also committed to studying advertising history and is eager to introduce others to the legendary campaigns, forgotten brand stories and the greatest creative minds of the business. He is the author of a popular advertising blog – Advertising Chronicles – and also translates/publishes advertising books in Hungarian to educate the next generation of creative hopefuls.
