Scott has 20 years of experience, working closely with industry-leading brands such as Verizon, P&G and The Home Depot. To bring his vision of true collaboration to life, Scott has developed a "community-based" team structure for PepsiCo, in lieu of the previously siloed industry norms. This has been done based on the belief that inspiring ideas can and do come from anywhere in the business. In this evolved approach, Business Leads work together to strategize, ideate, implement and measure, bringing the right expertise forward at the right time to solve specific client challenges.
