Paul Martin

Head of Creative at innovision
London, United Kingdom

Summary

I’m an accomplished senior art director and designer specialising in the creation of human experiences.

I work with a firm belief that great design isn't just noticed, it's experienced, and it’s this belief that has led me to consistently challenge the way we think about design and what it takes to make great, people led experiences.

I love to play within the intersection of physical and digital, engaging people through every touch-point, ensuring that every encounter with a brand, product or other human is a memorable one.

Senior Digital Art Director
London, United Kingdom
June 2010 - December 2011 (1 year 6 months)
I've been at BD now for around 4 years and it's been an ever changing and challenging experience. Throughout this time I have helped to pull the digital department out from the depths of creative insignificance into one of the most innovative and vibrant departments in the agency. Which has ultimately aligned the agency as truly integrated.

The role has involved: Managing the digital creative team (consisting of myself and 4 designers), proactively leading new processes and departmental strategies, working closely with client services teams to attain true brand synergy across campaigns, winning new clients and business and pushing our digital offering into other departments across the agency. But most importantly, making sure the creative output of the digital department has been on brief, on brand and generally on the money. Which has helped us to win the trust and praise of clients such as Coca-Cola, Nintendo, Nike, Peugeot, Whiskas, Molson Coors and Confused.com.
