Prior to joining jkr, I launched my own creative agency, published a book and has been a consultant to over 20 agencies throughout my career significantly contributing to their growth, profile and award wins.

I have a wealth of international marketing experience having developed and implemented campaigns for the likes of Camelot, Carlsberg, Maxxium, Diageo, Bacardi, MasterCard, Unilever and Coca-Cola. My agency experience is multi-discipline and includes; brand design, advertising, shopper and promotional marketing, experiential marketing, PR and social media.

Launched on 12.12.12, The Dirty Dozen was established to challenge the offering of larger integrated marketing communication groups by delivering brand owners a more efficient and cost effective way of working.

The Dirty Dozen was the first virtual creative agency to provide brand owners access to ‘agencies of experts’, as opposed to departments of individuals and / or ‘white labeled’ services.

With 12 Partner Agencies, The Dirty Dozen could effectively do everything a big agency could do for its clients, only more efficiently.

As Founder and Managing Director of The Dirty Dozen it was my responsibility to promote the model and create a pipeline of new business opportunities for all 12 Partner Agencies.

Appointing a lead generation company, I managed all creds meetings and coordinated several high profile pitch responses. This lead to a number of significant wins including Camelot, Ann Summers, Heinz Explore and Corinthia Hotels.
