Managing a team of forty people, organising rotas and holidays;
Being involved in Runner recruitment, appraisals and staff discipline;
Taking part in senior management meetings, relaying feedback and producing new ideas;
In charge of runner distribution and management over four sites;
Managing the Day-to-Day Runner duties including client services, hospitality, central London runs, despatch, and various production requests;
Answering phones, dealing with clients, diary management, travel bookings, mail distribution, office orders;
Working both independently and as part of a team;
Often working to very tight, and demanding schedules and deadlines.
