Karina Wilsher

Partner, Global COO at Anomaly, New York
London, United Kingdom

About me

Karina Wilsher is steering Anomaly to become one of the hottest agencies in the world. Recognized as one of Fast Company’s most innovative companies, Anomaly has won multiple awards, from Cannes Lions to Emmys, and was named Ad Age’s 2017 Agency of the Year. Their client list includes Google, SONOS, Budweiser, Diageo, and the Coca-Cola Company, among others.

Prior to her global appointment, Wilsher spent seven years as CEO of Anomaly’s flagship office in New York – leading a period of record growth and evolution Anomaly is a difficult to define but exciting to work at “new model” company with offices in LA, New York, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Shanghai. Equally interesting is the company’s IP portfolio, which includes a culinary lifestyle brand with Eric Ripert; the creation of EOS, the top-selling lip balm in the US; and most recently the launch of the medicinal cannabis brand dosist, recognized by Time Magazine as one of the Best Inventions in 2016. Formerly, Wilsher was Partner and Managing Director of Fallon London, and successfully grew the agency from startup to Campaign’s Agency of the Year in two consecutive years.

Wilsher is a Board member of Effie Worldwide and a founding member of #TimesUpAdvertising.
