I led global new business and partnership efforts for Huge, a full-service digital agency that transforms brands and grows businesses. I oversaw the business pipeline for Huge’s headquarters in Brooklyn, developing growth strategy as well as directing organic, proactive and responsive pursuit of opportunities. Operationally, I managed internal business development teams in executing pitches, proposals, and marketing initiatives while evolving our new business goals and processes, and directed multi-disciplinary teams through the pitch process. I also led prospective client relationships from inquiry to close. Strategically, I built and maintained community inclusive of Huge’s business development practices across eight offices globally, developed and implemented plans to expand Huge’s range of practice, and shared accountability for our success rate.
