Florence is a creative problem solver, who loves to influence companies’ marketing strategy and provide support to corporate governance.
Florence started her career in retail, then moved to the financial services industry working in both France and in Italy in various Business Management positions. In 2000 she joined RENAULT, as VP European Internet and CRM, integrating Internet in the communication mix, and in 2003, was promoted to VP European Advertising, where she led key enterprise advertising and digital productions.
She set up her own Marketing Efficiency consultancy dedicated to helping companies adapt their marketing to a fast transforming digital environment before joining The Observatory International London, a global (11 markets) consultancy dedicated to helping companies maximize their marketing resources to address digital transformation.
She founded the French office and manages Global European clients on behalf of the London office.
She also a co founder and non executive partner of a mar tech company, a platform operating in France and the UK dedicated to helping Global leading Brands operating their marketing campaigns under a unique interface.
Florence is also the author of 2 business books published in 2012 and 2015.
