Since 2014, I manage all groupwide sales and marketing activities for the leading agency network in Germany with more than 8,500 experts from all marketing and communications disciplines. My team and I coordinate all new business activities, develop new sustainable business fields across various communication disciplines, manage partnerships with leading media and tech companies as well as created an internal collaboration and knowledge platform. Over the past year’s, the team and I helped continually growing the group’s business, making it the most successful agency in Germany in 2016.
Before joining BBDO, I was responsible for developing the marketing and branding strategy for the yet to be founded brand BMW i - the electric car and mobility services brand of BMW. From the first concept in 2010 to the successful launch of the cars in 2014, I oversaw the global brand management.
From 2007 to 2009, I managed a non-profit start-up building private and company kindergartens. The NGO was awarded “Social Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Schwab Foundation and had built 19 kindergartens across Germany in just 18 months.
I have a German university degree with distinction in international business administration and studying in Germany and China.
