Kazuaki Hashida joined Hakuhodo as a marketing planner in 2002.
After stints in marketing and account planning, he moved to Hakuhodo Kettle and jumped into the creative world. In his approach to the creative process, he likes to develop ideas for social good beyond the boundaries of the traditional media.
He has received 12 Lions at Cannes, 4 ADFEST Grande Lotuses, Tomorrow Awards, Gold at ADC, NY Festivals and CLIO and a Yellow Pencil at D&AD, among other awards.

He loves scuba diving and is a 250+ tank Divemaster. He loves to dive into the deep sea as well as into the creative world.
