For thirty years I work in trade and services, or gradually held posts and positions in different departments ranging from prospecting and customer acquisition to operational service marketing and brand communication and product variation on any media, from the P.R. policies press office (traditional and new media), the design and implementation of internal procedures for the disposal of bottlenecks to the creation and management of work teams based on new standards designed.
I managed 9-15 marketing team people responsible for commercial launch and communication marketing of new products and services; all projects are completed in compliance with the program and the steps expected results with sales growth of 23% compared to the previous budget.
How RMO (resp. Operating mktg) within Conalec - department mktg E.Leclerc-Conad group - I designed and led the introduction of the new standard of "coding" of the product to be included in the flyer to facilitate the work of NCM (national category manager), creating also two special categories - STAR products and VEDETTE - who produced the 30% increase in trade contributions required of large chain-store retailers.
As Senior Account in five advertising agencies have developed dynamic models of "progress works" graphic and photographic indoor / outdoor which have led to an increase in productivity of 27% and a decrease in time of creation of the works of 35%.
As Senior Copywriter and Art Director in the past five years I have devised copy strategy and led the cross media communication campaigns, company-created brand-name product, found and optimized external resources, established timing and work progress.
