As the VP of Program Operations at RAPP, Lena oversees all stages of high-profile projects ranging from digital, social, mobile, print, and broadcast to experiential events that span both online and offline executions. Motivated by the drive to always challenge the status quo, she devises operational strategies that not only inspire her teams but also contribute to engaging, award-winning ideas for her clients.
Lena believes that success is not only about an exceptional strategy or a great idea, but the ability to bring these things to life through innovative delivery and nimble, unexpected executions and then effectively getting them to market – quickly. All the while ensuring that her client’s work is compliant with company strategy, scheduling commitments and KPIs, driving profitability and measurable business results.
Lena supervises a team of project managers who are responsible delivering on the promise and potential of RAPP’s creative solutions. As part of the agency team they strive to deliver on great customer experiences with outstanding measurable results for her clients.
In her time at RAPP she has been a key player in building and maintaining relationships with a long list of the agency's biggest clients including: Humana, Pfizer, Mercedes Benz, Johnson & Johnson, ADT, ExxonMobil, Discovery–Cosmeo, Merck, Novartis, H&R Block, TWC, and Medco. She has won the PIA Best in Category Award, National Gold Ink Award and a Caples for flawless execution in bringing the creative vision to life.
