Mollie Rosen oversees agency relations and is responsible for engaging with member agencies, providing them with guidance and insights and facilitating access to the entire suite of 4A’s resources and assets.
With nearly 20 years of account-management experience in the advertising industry at such agencies as McCann Erickson, D’Arcy, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis, Rosen is uniquely equipped to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to 4A’s member agencies that add value to their overall operations.
During her successful agency career, Rosen worked with some of the world’s biggest marketers and consumer brands. Cutting her teeth on Unilever’s Vaseline Intensive Care franchise, she went on to spend much of her career working alongside Procter & Gamble.
Highlights from that partnership include launching the Always “Being a Girl” campaign (now in its 14th year), launching Charmin in Mexico as a strong challenger brand and growing Crest from a toothpaste brand to a global oral-care franchise and market leader.
Since joining the 4A’s in April of 2014, Rosen has brought her fresh perspective and eagerness to colleagues and agency members, helping to reshape the vision and strategy for 4A’s membership services and ultimately deliver even more meaningful programs and partnerships.
