I have significant expertise in the automotive, travel, fashion/luxury industries, having overseen the creation of the digital transformation services for Nivea, Hugo Boss, Lufthansa and Audi. As CEO at Wunderman’s Central Europe business including Germany, Austria and Switzerland, I am responsible for developing and expanding the agency’s offering with a particular emphasis on digital services and data-driven marketing.
My approach to leading and inspiring a team focussed on three principles: create and foster a highly collaborative culture, entrepreneurial management style based on goals and lastly I am favouring a clear and open feedback culture. Mix the fun and a bit of swag into it to round it up.
