Digital, CRM and brand marketer for Fortune 500 and emerging brands.

Honed my marketing, media and management skills over 25 years at Ogilvy, Euro, McCann, and a few years in client roles at KPMG, Verizon and The Gap.

I enjoy planning and launching integrated campaigns for clients in fast-paced, complex and competitive categories (financial services, technology, telecom, non-profit) -- and then living by the daily numbers.

This has helped me drive significant revenue growth for organizations including Microsoft, Oracle, eBay, AT&T, Verizon, The Gap, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, KPMG, Bank of America, New York Life and TD Ameritrade.

It has also helped me grow profitable multi-million dollar client relationships for some of the world’s largest ad agencies.

I strive to be a collaborative and supportive team leader, and over the years have built, managed and turned around large and complex teams.

Some things that make me “me" in this business:

1. My Myers-Briggs analysis says I'm a Field Marshall, and that seems right.

2. I've heard "Joe speaks fluent Client" multiple times, and I like that.

3. What gets me up in the morning is making programs and campaigns happen for my clients.

4. I love my new role as an entrepreneur and business owner. The agency four partners and I started in 2012 is our take on how the creative ad agency business model works best for clients.
