<p>Prior to Accenture Glen held the position of Managing Director, Digital Practice at Harte-Hanks. A recognized expert on emerging digital technologies and methods, Glen authored Digital Optimization™, on how best to optimize customer relationships online, a topic he speaks on frequently at industry events and for publications.</p>
<p>Prior to Harte-Hanks, Glen held the position of EVP/Managing Director of Horn Group where he helped launch the agency's Digital practice. Previously Glen was President & COO of KSciences, a technology consulting and systems integration firm specializing in digital solutions. Under his leadership KSciences was named as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002.</p>
<p>Past positions include: VP of Marketing and Strategy at Identify Software, a Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Company (acquired by BMC) and Chief Marketing Officer at Giga Information Group (now part of Forrester Research).</p>
<p>Glen’s career began in direct marketing, advertising agencies and digital start ups where he led award-winning campaigns and omnichannel experiences for Fortune 500 clients.</p>
<p>Glen received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and completed the graduate program in music and film composition from the Grove School of Music.<span> </span></p>

Held one of five seats on Horn Group’s Executive Team setting strategy for the agency (five offices in the U.S. and multiple international partners).

Led a team of communications and marketing professionals and P&L for the Boston office. Increased agency chargeability from 67% to 98% while maintaining 96% client retention in 2004.

Managed overall growth and global relationships for KSciences, a full service IT research, consulting and systems integration firm.
