Beth is Chief Marketing Officer, a role created in 2013 to drive growth of the VML brand across an accelerating global footprint. She leads global integration across client engagements, disciplines, strategy and office leadership. She develops strategic marketing initiatives designed to showcase our evolving portfolio of work, and at the same time shepherds the growth of a dynamic, connected culture for VML employees.
Previously, as Chief Client Officer, Beth led client engagement initiatives on key brands as well as new business efforts across North America. With 13 years at VML and over 20 years of agency experience, she is well versed at omni-channel marketing strategies which move brands forward.
She is an advocate for women in leadership and has been recognized by Ingram’s 40 under Forty, WeKC, and has spoken at many events including the Central Exchange Leadership Lyceum. Beth stays involved in her community through the Nelson Atkins Art Leaders program and board appointments.
Beth is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor's of science in business administration. She spends her free time with her husband and her daughter, who is an aspiring artist.
