Leading a sales organisation is leading a bunch of excellent and sharp skilled talents. People who are driven, don't take no for an answer and fight to win. It's very rewarding to work in this environment even though the pressure can be high at times.
About seven years ago I discovered true coaching (yes, better late than never), since I find amazing how helping people create new opportunities creates new path for development and growth for people.
We have a vision on how we can help companies transform their digital marketing strategy and our job day in day out is to explain, re-explain, convince, re-convince until we've established trust and that our customers are comfortable with our vision.
I can't resist to tell you what is this vision about...Businesses need more and more to differentiate themselves and given the plethora and the complexity of products available, it becomes difficult to show the difference based on products. Customers want more than a product. They want a company who cares about them. They want a company that makes them feel unique. They want a RELATIONSHIP.Building relationship is easier said than done. It's already challenging enough between 2 friends so how about between a company and millions of customers.
This is where Digital Marketing comes into play. It brings a way to understand/listen better to what customers are looking for and as a result allows companies to adapt the type of engagement (channel, content, time) to each individual.
Many companies are just starting their Digital Marketing transformation or evolution, we are here to help them on their journey, to get them to succeed.
People who I met would know that I'm crazy enough to wake up at 5am to go running 3 times a week, it's part of the things that make me feel good!
