About me
Maryanne’s career in post-production began 20 years ago when she joined Australian visual effects house Animal Logic after studying Graphic Design at the University of Canberra. During her time at Animal she worked her way up from Design Assistant to Senior Visual Effects Compositor and Supervisor, working with some of Australia’s best commercials directors including Alex Proyas, Bruce Hunt and Steve Rogers.
Maryanne joined Framestore London in 2002 as a Senior Compositor. In 2004 she joined the New York team as Senior Flame Artist working on commercial projects with Academy Award-winning directors Kathryn Bigelow and Scott Hicks, before leading J. Walter Thompson’s revamped campaign for Macy’s. Maryanne has received two VES Award nominations for her compositing contributions on Coca-Cola’s ‘The Greatest Gift’ and FedEx’s ‘Carrier Pigeon’. In recent years, Maryanne refocused her efforts on design-based projects which eventually led to the establishment of the Framestore Design Studio in New York, one of her proudest achievements.
