What I Bring
Wherever I Go.
I started my creative career as an entrepreneur and a freelance designer. Working on projects including, but not limited to: interviewing musicians, designing vehicle wraps, creating animations, editing videos, and designing and building websites. I had clients, usually small businesses that needed to be very strategic and cost effective with their marketing dollars. This helped train me in assessing client problems and how to solve them. I believe the client is always right, they just don’t always say what they really want. As part of a collaborative effort, it’s my job to help decipher this code and make something beautiful. Being in rapidly changing environments like web solutions and online marketing has forced me to stay learning and abreast of the industry trends and constants. As I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with larger agencies and clients with bigger budgets, I have applied these attributes to build stronger agency-client relationships, ultimately leading to more effective campaigns, projects and solutions. I’ve worked on large film and video productions. I’ve led and coordinated the collaboration between creative and development in the production of large websites. I’ve mentored and led art directors and copywriters all stemming from my three basic principles – know your stuff. Work hard. And don’t be a jerk.
