We are living a complete mutation of the communication and the marketing sector, consumers are more and more volatile and don't want to hear us anymore. Brands need to go beyond their offer and product benefits, and to seek for real cultural resonances and real consumer needs to stand out and generate a true interest.
This is what I'm trying to do at Buzzman and Productman everyday : Make our clients more creative, innovative and culturally relevant to help grow their brand.
I also believe that the empathy and the deep analysis of the user experience are now the keys for an effective and smart planning. That's why I try everyday to nourish my UX design knowledge and to implement it in each part of my work.
