After just six months working at Isobar, I was promoted from Designer to Art Director, a position with great responsibility. I supervised the work of the design team including Senior Designers, also mentored Juniors to help them grow. With my experience in graphic, sound, motion and digital design, and knowledge of photography and filming, I urged subcontractors and production agencies to create outstanding quality work in the execution process. In the meantime, from a conventional advertising agency, Isobar became a master of fully integrated campaigns with in-house solutions for strategy, offline, digital, social, media, service and experience design. With my copywriter pair, we led innovative, award-winning campaigns for versatile platforms, which often implemented new technologies, from concept to the final product. We’ve seen through our campaigns from scratch to execution, building lasting relationships with our clients, colleagues and production houses. Our main clients were Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile), T-Systems, Hungarian Telekom (T-Mobile), Bunge, Coca Cola, Burger King, Cisco, Microsoft and Generali.
