Velocity found their team is in need to apply new work methods. I carried out fundamental changes to the method of digital projects to make them a non-linear creative process. With integrated workflow between designers, developers, copywriters, and clients the projects take up less time, making them more effective. I implemented new ways to present digital workpieces to clients. Based on my concept, we redesigned Sprint Business’s website to have a modular visual system. This boosts user experience by guaranteeing every aspect of the site is the same quality, regardless of agency- or client-published content.

I was invited by former Creative Director from Dentsu Aegis Network to Umbrella.tv to cooperate at founding a new creative division in the production agency. At the early stage of the division getting new business opportunities was crucial. We successfully pitched and won new clients, including Hungary’s biggest commercial television TV2. I also led the rebranding process of Umbrella, so the new brand image would be unified and clamp the so versatile work of the agency. Meanwhile, I was working on the global Christmas campaign of Ralph Lauren and also was local Art Director at the shooting of the global ad TVC of Sony Xperia X. As the result of our work, from a conventional production firm, Umbrella became an integrated creative agency.

After just six months working at Isobar, I was promoted from Designer to Art Director, a position with great responsibility. I supervised the work of the design team including Senior Designers, also mentored Juniors to help them grow. With my experience in graphic, sound, motion and digital design, and knowledge of photography and filming, I urged subcontractors and production agencies to create outstanding quality work in the execution process. In the meantime, from a conventional advertising agency, Isobar became a master of fully integrated campaigns with in-house solutions for strategy, offline, digital, social, media, service and experience design. With my copywriter pair, we led innovative, award-winning campaigns for versatile platforms, which often implemented new technologies, from concept to the final product. We’ve seen through our campaigns from scratch to execution, building lasting relationships with our clients, colleagues and production houses. Our main clients were Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile), T-Systems, Hungarian Telekom (T-Mobile), Bunge, Coca Cola, Burger King, Cisco, Microsoft and Generali.
