Director, Provider Marketing and Communications : 2014 – 2016Responsible for the marketing and communications strategy for 3,500 member medical staff and 1,600 member medical group. Key responsibilities included writing all executive communication materials; Developed marketing strategy for all provider and practice integration and onboarding within a 37-county region; Lead individual; provider and practice marketing efforts; Developed internal communication strategy to address provider satisfaction and retention. Other achievements included: Successfully opened 7 regional, integrated care campuses; Developed primary care patient focus groups to improved quality and consumer perception; Lead point of contact for provider-based billing initiatives and compliance.Director, System Communications & Marketing: 2009 – 2014Responsible for the marketing and communications strategy for 12 hospital, 26,000 employee system. Organization eventually turned to Wellspring Partners to help with its financial turn-around efforts, leading to sale of assets and facilities.
