Provided communications counsel, strategic direction and feedback to key Executives across FedEx Services CEO Office, Corporate Marketing, Digital Access Marketing & Solutions, International /FXF Marketing, Inside & Field Sales and other internal organizations in support of FedEx marketing, communications, sales and corporate objectives. Utilized strong interpersonal, organization and communications skills to successfully lead joint Marketing & Communications PMO team in support of key leadership objectives and critical business needs, under the direction of the FedEx Services senior leadership team. Led cross-functional teams in support of key company initiatives and critical business events including re-org announcements; internal fiscal year announcements; annual rate changes; advertising & product launches; corporate social responsibility campaigns; reputation & sponsorship initiatives; and performance management system changes. Collaborated with program leads, project/product managers, and other key stakeholders across Marketing, Communications, Legal and HR to ensure new programs, campaigns, product launches and other key announcements are effectively communicated. Managed execution of Global Marketing events including All-Management Meetings, Executive Town Halls, Officer & Director Events and People First initiatives. Responsibilities included preparing agendas based on business needs, gathering Executive buy-in, developing relevant talking points and coordinating Executive speakers to support leadership objectives.
