One of the few 'double triple' companies. Energy/Gas/Water/Heat & Television/Broadband/Telephony. Introducing Mobile. Profit and Loss responsible for both the Energy and Cable unit. Transformed the organization from Commodity supplier to Service provider. Contributed about 50% of the dividend payed by the group.Introduction of a new product portfolio (like smart home, local production, care on distance) to safeguard future turnover. With better Customer Experience, Segmentation and Targeted Selling transformed the organization from loss making to be profitable.
Built and Launched a mobile operator

Implemented a sim-only mobile operator as part of an European network.
