| Story | In Bolivia, pork consumption is very low (1.6 kg per person/month) due an array of paradigms that revolve around it, such as: fatty meat, too heavy for the stomach o too laborious to prepare. Our challenge was to show all the pork cuts available and their benefits, educating and encouraging the consumer to try it again. |
