I have worked closely with the senior management team on a number of new business opportunities including FMCG brands, fashion and ecommerce, estate agents, technology and financial services.
I have been a key member of the new business team, undertaking initial research into business opportunities that have helped lay a foundation to pitch work for a number of clients. I’ve produced first hand research in the form of vox pops to bring insight to our understanding of a client’s business problem. I have supported the team in producing considered, creative RFIs and helped senior members of staff brainstorm a point of view for chemistry meetings and pitches.
Since October 2015, I have assisted with outbound marketing, newsletters and events planning. I’ve created newsletters from scratch, updated content on the agency’s website and organised events from invites to catering. I have developed a range of written skills for press releases, blog posts and case studies and used my creativity and attention to detail when producing major pitch decks and case studies, on both Powerpoint and Prezi. I have also used mathematic and data analysis skills when producing a review of the agency’s previous annual new business opportunities, in order to deduce key learnings that could be applied to the group’s business strategy for the following year.
My time management skills have been demonstrated by being able to work on multiple projects at once, and complete to deadline. I have shown initiative when asked to complete tasks under limited time restraints, and always remain enthusiastic while doing so.
