Cindy has led SRG’s global practice for more than a decade, serving as a trusted, talented, and tireless client engagement leader for the firm’s blue-chip Fortune 500 clients as well as an impressive portfolio of smaller, more entrepreneurial brands.
As president and CEO, Cindy oversees all areas of SRG’s operations, including client service, business development, talent acquisition, and more, across the firm’s consulting and communications practices.
Cindy’s roots in food run deep. She began her career at J. Walter Thompson in Chicago, where she led the agency’s work across multiple product categories for major clients, including Kraft and Oscar Mayer. Cindy then joined the Kraft brand management team, working in the company’s grocery products, cheese, and convenience foods divisions.
Before her role as CEO of SRG, Judge served as chief client service officer for the 34-year-old firm. She has deep experience in the areas of strategy, innovation, brand development, portfolio innovation, insights, design, and communications across industry sectors, including food, beverage, personal care, home care, vehicles, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
