Adnan is a design, branding and creative consultant (& a NLP certified life-coach), bringing a unique hybrid-design expertise that encompasses his training as an architect and his creative and design experience in traditional and digital advertising.
His experience covers 25+ years of delivering award-winning communication solutions for top tier local and multi-national brands at Adcom Leo Burnett/Zenith. Under his leadership as Creative Director, and then Chief Creative Officer, Adcom built a formidable reputation as a creative powerhouse, winning the highest number of local awards in the past two decades. He’s worked with local and multinational brands, across multiple industries including FMCGs, Telco, Fashion, Beauty, Automotive, Food, Beverages and the Hospitality industry.
He has been an active proponent of bridging the academic and professional design fields, teaching communication and architectural design, authoring articles for trade publications, as well as jurying at academic and industry awards. He’s been on the Steering Committee of the Effie Awards in Pakistan since 2019, at juror at the Effies as well as at Spikes Asia.
Design craft has been a life-long fascination and as an avid watercolourist, he believes nothing can soothe and inspire the mind better than laying-down the perfect wash!
