I have 13 years of experience in advertising agencies like Fred & Farid, Shanghai, Ogilvy & Mather, Mumbai and Grey Group, Mumbai/Bengaluru. It’s here that I led projects on brands and services like HP (China), Lectra (France & China), Times Television Network, Home Centre (Middle East, North Africa & Egypt region), BP, HUL, WWF, Economist, Operation Smile India, Bank of India, Titan, Britannia, Dell India, ITC Juice; Cigars & Cigarettes.
Equipped with a BFA in Typography from Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai and after successfully cracking the IIT-Bombay Design entrance test CEED in 2006 (All India Ranking 40th with the percentile of 96.08), I dove headlong into advertising agencies.My inquisitiveness constantly pushes me to learn, explore and interact outside my comfort zone. With hunger for greatness, I tirelessly work toward creating work that will be recognised on an international level. Interest in learning new technologies landed me into MIT Media Lab India initiative Design Innovation workshop (I am the one among top 250 candidates selection in more than 25,000 applicants).
In keeping with the advertising cliché, Chelsea, Manchester United and music ought to be my core interests. But watching cartoons and Cricket is what appeals to me most.
