Henry has a remarkable advertising career both in the fields of strategy and creativity, building brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Nestlé, Unilever, AB-Inbev, Mastercard, Bellsouth, Citibank, Microsoft, Sony, Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, Jeep, Mercedes Benz, Burger King among other local leading brands. Henry has lead digital, ATM & BTL teams & is the first and only bolivian creative to export Coca-Cola and Sony campaigns to LATAM, the hispanic market of the USA and some asian countries.
His contribution towards placing Bolivia in the worldwide map of creativity has taken him to be the most awarded creative of his country, winning the first awards for Bolivia in festivals such as London International Advertising Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, The One Show and D&AD, the most prestigious and difficult advertising festival in the world, leading the process that took Ogilvy Bolivia to be one of the three Most Innovative Agencies in the region, the most effective winning-award agency in Ogilvy network, and 7 years in a row to be the Best Agency in Bolivia.
Henry has been CEO & Creative VP at DDB Bolivia, General Creative Director at McCann Erickson Bolivia, Creative Director at Pragma Perú, starting his successful career at BBDO Perú & McCann Erickson Perú at a very young age.
Medina has been the first and only 5-times in a row Bolivian Grand Jury Member at the New York Festivals, 8 times Classic Jury Member at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, 6 times at The Effie Awards, and international speaker in Perú, Honduras, México, USA and China. Medina has also been columnist for the major newspapers in his country and Marketing and Advertising Professor at the main university in the country.
Henry has recently launched a fintech startup which has been reviewed around the world since it is the First Mobile ATM Network in the world.
