Julian studied advertising at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. He’s got 8 years of experience in the advertising industry.
He started his career as a trainee copywriter at Leo Burnett. After 7 months of training, he was hired at McCann during the Brasil World Cup in 2014. After 3 years of working, he decided to continue his career at Ogilvy for the Kimberly Clark Regional Hub. 2 years later he came back to McCann where he’s currently working as Creative Director.
His work has been recognized in the most important festivals of creativity and effectiveness around the world such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, LIA, Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Dorado, Young Lions and Effie.
DNA Discounts, a promo campaign for Aeromexico is the most awarded work of Julian. It was recognized with more than 70 awards globally including a Gold Effie in the USA, Grand Clio in PR and one Shortlist in the Titanium category at Cannes Lions.
Julian has worked for local and international brands such as Mastercard®, Mondelez, Grupo Aval, Nestlé, Kimberly Clark, among others.
