Required Qualifications Qualified candidates must have excellent photographic skills and technical expertise with digital cameras and audio/video equipment and have strong computer skills, including fluency in Photoshop and related software, video editing, audio editing, web galleries, and internet research skills.
Also, must be self-directed and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle many wide-ranging duties at the same time. Must have strong planning skills, be detail oriented, and have strong interpersonal and community relations skills. Candidates must be able to accept and use constructive feedback for improvement, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work occasionally outside of regular office hours as needed. The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's degree in film, graphic design, web design, visual communications, advertising, multi-media or related fields required. Minimum of three years of graphics and web design.
