Has Netflix introduced the future of music?
Netflix has created an experiment the connects 8 random people together to create a synced piece of music available on Spotify. The fans had to binge-watch the show before participating in the Brainwave Symphony Experiment. Linked with sensors, their recorded brainwaves were used to compose a piece of original music: a tangible artistic manifestation of their connection. Cool.
Earth View: A curated selection of the most striking satellite images found on Google Earth
Earth View is a giant collection of 1,500 curated images that represent the most striking images found through Google Earth. You can can click or swipe randomly through the far flung reaches of the planet as captured from satellites as captured from the world. All the images are available as wallpaper images for mobile and desktop, and they even have a Chrome app that loads a random image for each new tab.

Monument – the immersive theatre experience powered by Wiretapper app
Experimental Theatre director, David Rosenberg, has teamed up with composers Ben and Max Ringham once again to create ‘Monument’ – a disorientating yet playful experience where its participants will explore filmic visions and freedom in a city stuffed with cameras and where public space often turns out to be less public than advertised. It will all be powered through the Wirepaper app – making it possible to tap into conversations, interactions etc.
Photographer Guillaume Amat places mirrors into industrial and natural landscapes to look both beyond and behind
For Guillaume Amat‘s “Open Fields” project he placed a mirrored stand in various landscapes, reflecting the opposing environment back within the image to create a double interpretation of the surrounding scene. These reflections contain dark figures against bright fields, homes in barren landscapes, bits of foliage contained within stretches of industry, and even a horse that pops into the frame. Awesome.
