Lima is the second largest capital located in a desert and gets under an inch of rain. Engineers are not only creating consumer electronics or products to be sold to the public. UTEC, University of Engineering & Technology of Lima believes that engineering can help to change the world. That’s why it teamed up with the agency Mayo Draftffcb to create a useful “billboard” for the population and thus gives visibility to their skills and professions because the application period for 2013 was about to open.
