The film raises awareness of the fact that, in Portugal, the abandonment of pets has drastically increased. It features a man who arrives at an airport, only to be stopped by security when a sniffer dog alerts them. A casual search turns into an even more thorough and eventually entirely humiliating one, as the dog continues to bark the alarm. Finally, in a flashback, we see that the dog was once the man's pet, abandoned years ago. A dog never forgets.
