James Jenkins

James has been on a whirlwind ride for the last 20 years, working in some of the most progressive creative agencies, driving innovation with the world’s leading brands, and being lucky enough to live in the most dynamic cities across the USA and Europe.

Starting at AKQA in 2003 during the early stages of the agency, he/she was a challenger pioneering digital media and tech in marketing. Being a core part of the AKQA journey meant thinking ‘digital first’ from the outset and breaking down barriers of what was possible. That determination and desire to change the game still burns inside him/her.

Moving to B-Reel in 2014, his/her goal was to take the insights from the meteoric AKQA journey and translate these within an independent and creatively-oriented agency. His/her role quickly evolved to taking responsibility for the organizational approach across the overall agency group. His/her experience moved from leading client relationships to leading a diverse cross-functional leadership team and the dynamics of running an international agency business.

Most recently, moving to Stockholm, Sweden to be part of the Forsman & Bodenfors team, he/she helps drive the flagship creative offering within the Stagwell group. Big ambitions drive him/her to challenge the agency status quo and create ideas that change businesses.
